dc.description.abstract	"The Judicial System Review Commission recommended that there be established a statutory system for the compensation of persons bodily injured, or whose property is injured or destroyed in the course of stopping, or helping the Police to stop, the commission or continued perpetration of crime. The commission is invited to study the matter and advise on how the measure may be affected without inviting, or facil:tating undesirable losses to the public purse."
